Linda's lemon bread

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Yeast
2⅛ cup Bread flour
½ cup Rolled oats
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Margarine
⅓ cup Lemon curd
⅞ cup Milk
2 teaspoons Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
⅔ cup Rolled oats
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Margarine
½ cup Lemon curd
1⅛ cup Milk

FOR 1 LB LOAF

FOR 1-½ LB LOAF

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Use light crust setting.

Lemon curd can be found in jelly or imported foods section of supermarket.
