Karen's broccoli-corn casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (10 Oz) Frozen Chopped Broccoli |
| 2 | cans | Creamed Corn; 15.25 oz |
| 3 | cups | Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix; divided |
| 1 | can | Creamy Onion Soup; undiluted |
| 8 | ounces | Sour Cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Margarine; melted |
| 2 | larges | Eggs; beaten |
| 1 | cup | (Or Less) Shredded Cheddar Cheese, sharp or mild |
Directions
Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well.
Combine broccoli, creamed corn, 2 cups stuffing mix, soup, sour cream, margarine, and eggs. Mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-½ qt.
casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cup of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
