Lime dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Water
Juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon Grated lime rind

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice and rind. Cool.

Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve over citrus or other fruit salads. Yield: 1 cup.
