Lime-mint dressing

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lime juice
½ teaspoon Herbal salt substitute
⅛ teaspoon White pepper
½ teaspoon Minced parsley
½ teaspoon Minced fresh mint leaves
½ teaspoon Chopped chives
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Combine all ingredients.

Makes about ½ cup.
