Lime vinaigrette

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Fresh lime juice (from 2 limes) |
| ⅓ | cup | EDEN Olive Oil |
| ⅓ | cup | EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | EDEN Ume Plum Vinegar |
| 2 | Garlic cloves peeled and pressed | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Lima Sea Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Warm water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh basil, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh dill weed, minced |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a jar, cover and shake well. Chill and store in refrigerator.
