Light crab spread

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
½Onion; finely chopped
1Clove garlic; pressed
1ounceCream cheese; softened (1 to 8)
1tablespoonMilk
1mediumTomato; seeded
½smallGreen or red pepper
¾cupFresh parsley
1teaspoonLemon juice
4ouncesCrab or imitation crabmeat

Directions

Finely chop onion in food chopper. Press garlic. Mix with cheese and milk.

Spread into Mini-baker. Chop and mix remaining ingredients. Spoon on top of cheese mix. Top with crab and sprinkle with parsley. Chill and serve with Valtrompia Bread slices or fresh veggies.
