Lexington-style barbeque dip

3cupsApple cider vinegar
cupBrown or white sugar
½cupKetchup
2tablespoonsTexas Pete hot sauce
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonBlack pepper
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonOnion powder
2teaspoonsKitchen Bouquet browning sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Let sit for several hours before serving.
