Greek bar-b-que sauce

Measure Ingredient
32 ounces Ketchup
1 Fifth Strawberry Hill wine
Chopped onions
Oregano to taste
Garlic to taste

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook 10 minutes. Store in jars.

Will keep for weeks in refrigerator.
