Lemon cranberry loaves

1¼ | cup | Finely chopped fresh cranberries |
½ | cup | Finely chopped walnuts |
¼ | cup | Granulated sugar |
1 | pack | Lemon cake mix |
1 | pack | ( 3 oz) cream cheese; softened |
¾ | cup | Milk |
4 | \N | Eggs |
\N | \N | Confectioners sugar |
Preheat oven to 350* . Grease and flour 2 8x4 loaf pans. Stir together cranberries, walnuts and sugar in large bowl; set aside. Combine cake mix, cream cheese and milk in large bowl. Beat at med. speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for an additional 2 minutes. Fold in cranberry mixture. Pour into pans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Loosen loaves from pans. Invert onto cooling racks. Cool complete; dust with confectioners sugar.
