Lemon cranberry loaves

Ingredients

cupFinely chopped fresh cranberries
½cupFinely chopped walnuts
¼cupGranulated sugar
1packLemon cake mix
1pack( 3 oz) cream cheese; softened
¾cupMilk
4Eggs
Confectioners sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350* . Grease and flour 2 8x4 loaf pans. Stir together cranberries, walnuts and sugar in large bowl; set aside. Combine cake mix, cream cheese and milk in large bowl. Beat at med. speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for an additional 2 minutes. Fold in cranberry mixture. Pour into pans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Loosen loaves from pans. Invert onto cooling racks. Cool complete; dust with confectioners sugar.
