Cranberry-orange loaf

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cranberries |
| 1¾ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ¾ | cup | Orange juice concentrate |
| ¼ | cup | Vegetable oil |
Directions
Coarsely chop cranberries.
Mix dry ingredients, stir in cranberries. Mix liquids together, then add to dry, beat for about a half minute (batter will be lumpy).
Greased loaf pan.
350 degrees for 60 - 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
