Cranberry orange loaf

Yield: 1 Loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Dried cranberries
510 grams French Vanilla Cake Mix; pkg
1¼ cup Water
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
3 \N Eggs
1 large Orange
1 cup Icing sugar

1. In bowl, combine cranberries and ¼ cup cake mix. Toss well and set aside.

2. Prepare remaining cake mix according to package directions. Stir in cranberries. Grate rind from orange into batter. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9"x5" pan and bake at 350F for 55-60 mins until tester comes clean. Cranberries may sink slightly. Let cool completely.

3. Squeeze juice from orange and mix enough with icing sugar to make smooth, pourable glaze. Drizzle over cake.
