| ½ | cup | Finely chopped walnuts |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | pack | 3-oz cream cheese |
| ¾ | cup | Milk |
| 4 | xes | Eggs |
| Confectioner's sugar | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease & flour two 8½ x 4 ½ in. loaf pans.
Next, stir together cranberries, walnuts, and sugar in a medium bowl; set aside. Combine cake mix, cream cheese and milk in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed on mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for an additional 2 minutes. Fold in cranberry mixture. Pour into pans. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes, or until loaves test done.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Loosen loaves from pans. Invert onto cooling rack. Turn right side up. Cool completely. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
