Round steak marinade

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Oil, salad |
| 1 | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Vinegar, wine |
| ½ | cup | Onion, minced |
| 1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
| ¼ | cup | Ginger, candied; chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper; coarsely grnd |
| ½ | teaspoon | Mustard, dry |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour over steak in a flat dish. Cover dish and leave in refrigerator overnight. To grill meat, remover from marinade and drain well. Use marinade to baste meat as it cooks.
