Round steak marinade

2 3/4 cups

Ingredients

1cupOil, salad
1cupSoy sauce
¼cupVinegar, wine
½cupOnion, minced
1Garlic clove; minced
¼cupGinger, candied; chopped
½teaspoonBlack pepper; coarsely grnd
½teaspoonMustard, dry

Directions

Combine all ingredients and pour over steak in a flat dish. Cover dish and leave in refrigerator overnight. To grill meat, remover from marinade and drain well. Use marinade to baste meat as it cooks.
