Yield: 2 Servings
|1 bunch||Green onion cut in pieces|
|1||Clove garlic or 1 tbs minced garlic from jar|
|1 teaspoon||Black pepper|
|⅛ cup||Red wine vinegar|
|⅛ cup||Extra virgin olive oil|
|⅛ cup||Sesame oil|
|⅓ cup||Soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Brown sugar|
|1||Pear sliced (optional)|
1. Combine all ingredients except steak.
2. Mix well
3. Add steak to marinade and place in refridgerator overnight.
4. Grill to your liking.
