| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon peper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar (brown); dark or light |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | pinch | Cinnamon |
| 1 | pinch | MSG; optional |
Directions
In a small bowl or glass jar with a lid, combine all ingredients. Stir or shake to mix. Use immediately or store in a cool, dark place for several months.
