| 1 | teaspoon | Dry hot mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | File powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground bay leaves |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Rosemary |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Coriander |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Store in a tightly covered glass jar. This is an excellent seasoning for veal, but you may use it on other dishes if you like. Do not add extra salt to the dish.
