½teaspoonOnion salt
1teaspoonMild chili powder
½teaspoonDry mustard
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
teaspoonGarlic salt
1tablespoonCitric acid; powdered (Ever-Fresh)
1teaspoonWhite pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool dark place.
