Willingham's general dry rub

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Black pepper; freshly ground |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Lemon pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mild chili powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Citric acid; powdered (Ever-Fresh) |
| 1 | teaspoon | White pepper |
Directions
Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool dark place.
