Willingham's cajun bbq seasoning mix

| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper; freshly ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon pepper |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper; (or more) |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Mild chili powder or use hot chili powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Brown sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | MSG |
Directions
Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool dark place.
