|1||Long French bread; (1 or 6 small)|
|1½ pounds||Italian link sausage|
|1 large||Spoon cooking oil|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
In large skillet fry sausage in oil; remove sausage. Fry seasonings until tender. Mix cornstarch in water (cool). Add to skillet of seasonings. Cook 3 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Add sausage and stir. You will have sausage with a sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon on French bread.
A little sauce and sausage. Double water and cornstarch for more.
