Italian sausage sandwich

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Long French bread; (1 or 6 small)
1½ pounds Italian link sausage
2 \N Bell peppers
1 large Onion
1 large Spoon cooking oil
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

In large skillet fry sausage in oil; remove sausage. Fry seasonings until tender. Mix cornstarch in water (cool). Add to skillet of seasonings. Cook 3 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Add sausage and stir. You will have sausage with a sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon on French bread.

A little sauce and sausage. Double water and cornstarch for more.
