Italian sausage (mild)

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Coarse ground pork butt
5 teaspoons Salt
5 teaspoons Fennel Seed
1½ teaspoon Crushed hot pepper
1½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 cup Water
