Indonesian pork skewers

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Boneless Pork, in pieces
16 ounces Spiced Crab Apples, drained
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Prepared Mustard
¼ cup Light Molasses
2 tablespoons Ginger Preserves
¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger


Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Alternately thread pork and apples on 6-8 skewers. Brush with sauce.

Place kabobs on unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat 12-15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, turning kabobs and brushing with sauce after 6 minutes.
