16 ounces | Spiced Crab Apples, drained |
¼ cup | Vinegar |
¼ cup | Prepared Mustard |
¼ cup | Light Molasses |
2 tablespoons | Ginger Preserves |
¼ teaspoon | Ground Ginger |
SAUCE
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Alternately thread pork and apples on 6-8 skewers. Brush with sauce.
Place kabobs on unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat 12-15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, turning kabobs and brushing with sauce after 6 minutes.
