|1½ pounds||Boneless Pork, in pieces|
|16 ounces||Spiced Crab Apples, drained|
|¼ cup||Prepared Mustard|
|¼ cup||Light Molasses|
|2 tablespoons||Ginger Preserves|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground Ginger|
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Alternately thread pork and apples on 6-8 skewers. Brush with sauce.
Place kabobs on unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat 12-15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, turning kabobs and brushing with sauce after 6 minutes.
