|500 grams||Pork fillet; (1lb)|
|2 tablespoons||Clear honey|
|3 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|3 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|1 tablespoon||Light soft brown sugar|
|4||Kiwifruit; peeled and cut into|
|Salt and freshly ground pepper|
1. Cut the pork fillet into 2 1/2cm (1 inch) cubes.
2. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, oil, sugar and seasoning. Add the pork, mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Thread the pork and kiwifruit onto 4 skewers and place under a preheated moderate grill for 6-8 minutes, turning and basting occasionally until cooked and golden. Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
