|500 grams||Lean Pork Leg Strips; OR|
|500 grams||Lean Diced Pork|
|1 tablespoon||Canola oil|
|250 millilitres||Satay sauce|
|10 \N||Bamboo skewers|
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least an hour. Thread pork onto skewers, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Grill or barbecue.
Allow 2-3 minutes for pork leg strips or 8 - 10 minutes for diced pork.
Serve with your favorite prepared satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and mint salad.
