Pork satay skewers

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
500 grams Lean Pork Leg Strips; OR
500 grams Lean Diced Pork
1 tablespoon Canola oil
250 millilitres Satay sauce
10 \N Bamboo skewers

Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least an hour. Thread pork onto skewers, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Grill or barbecue.

Allow 2-3 minutes for pork leg strips or 8 - 10 minutes for diced pork.

Serve with your favorite prepared satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and mint salad.
