Pork satay skewers

500 | grams | Lean Pork Leg Strips; OR |
500 | grams | Lean Diced Pork |
1 | tablespoon | Canola oil |
250 | millilitres | Satay sauce |
10 | Bamboo skewers |
Directions
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least an hour. Thread pork onto skewers, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Grill or barbecue.
Allow 2-3 minutes for pork leg strips or 8 - 10 minutes for diced pork.
Serve with your favorite prepared satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and mint salad.
