|1 medium||Head Iceburg lettuce; torn into bite-size pieces|
|2 \N||Medium-sized tomatoes; quartered|
|3 \N||Radishes; thinly sliced|
|1 small||Red onion; sliced thin|
|1 large||Stalk celery; peeled & thinly sliced|
|½ cup||Salad oil|
|½ cup||Red wine vinegar|
|½ pounds||Romano cheese; grated|
|\N \N||Salt & pepper to taste|
|\N \N||Oregano to taste|
|\N \N||Accent to taste|
Place lettuce in a bowl and garnish with remaining ingredients. Just before serving, pour Sabatino Dressing over salad. Sabatino Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
