Warm spinach salad #2

| 12 | pounds | Bacon; cut in small pieces |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic; minced | |
| 1 | Lemon; Juice of | |
| 1 | pounds | Spinach; washed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | medium | Onion; sliced in rings |
| 2 | Hard cooked eggs; quartered | |
Directions
NOTE: The amount of bacon is obviously wrong!!!! [Glen] Heat oil in lg skillet and fry bacon until crisp. Add garlic and lemon juice. Keep bacon warm over low heat. Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour bacon and oil over salad and garnish with onion rings and eggs.
