|12 pounds||Bacon; cut in small pieces|
|2||Cloves Garlic; minced|
|1||Lemon; Juice of|
|1 pounds||Spinach; washed|
|1 medium||Onion; sliced in rings|
|2||Hard cooked eggs; quartered|
NOTE: The amount of bacon is obviously wrong!!!! [Glen] Heat oil in lg skillet and fry bacon until crisp. Add garlic and lemon juice. Keep bacon warm over low heat. Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour bacon and oil over salad and garnish with onion rings and eggs.
