Ingredients

1cupWhite whole-kernel corn; drained
1cupFrench-style green beans; drained
1cupEnglish peas; drained
1cupChopped onion
1cupChopped celery
1Bell pepper; chopped
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonBlack pepper
1Jar (small) pimento; chopped
½cupOil
½cupVinegar
½cupSugar

Directions

Mix last three ingredients until dissolved. Pour over other ingredients.

Mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving.
