Hot spinach balls

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
2packs(10 oz) of frozen chopped spinach
3cupsHerbed, seasoned stuffing mix
1largeOnion, finely chopped
6Eggs, well beaten
¾cupMargarine
½cupGrated parmesan cheese
1tablespoonPepper
½teaspoonGarlic salt
½teaspoonThyme

Directions

Cook spinach. Drain well and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine with the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into ¾ inch balls. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.

Can be frozen before baking. Freeze on sheet until firm, then in bag. Thaw and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
