Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | (10 oz) of frozen chopped spinach |
3 cups | Herbed, seasoned stuffing mix |
1 large | Onion, finely chopped |
6 \N | Eggs, well beaten |
¾ cup | Margarine |
½ cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon | Pepper |
½ teaspoon | Garlic salt |
½ teaspoon | Thyme |
Cook spinach. Drain well and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine with the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into ¾ inch balls. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
Can be frozen before baking. Freeze on sheet until firm, then in bag. Thaw and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
