Spinach-parmesan balls

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1½ cup Dry breadcrumbs
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
2 \N Eggs, beaten to blend
3 \N Garlic cloves, minced

Makes about 40

Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl.

Season with salt and pepper. Form into 2-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake until just brown, about 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
