Spinach balls #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (10-oz) frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained
6 Eggs; beaten
1 pack (8-oz) seasoned bread stuffing
¾ cup Softened butter
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic salt
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine ingredients. Form into small balls. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

May be frozen.
