Spinach ball

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Blue cheese (crumbled)
3 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 pack Frozen spinach thawed &
\N \N Liquid squeezed out, 10 1/2
\N \N Oz. size
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped

Combine the above ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Form into ball shape and roll in pecan pieces. For best results store in the fridge overnight before serving.
