Spinach balls #2

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Frozen chopped spinach
2 cups Prepared seasoned stuffing mix
1 \N Onion; minced
2 \N Eggs; beaten
¾ cup Melted butter
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon MSG (monosodium glutamate)

Cook & drain spinach according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together & form into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet & place in freezer until firm. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
