1 \N | Bag spinach; --rinse and tear |
5 slices | Bacon |
1 tablespoon | Mustard |
5 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
1½ tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
3 \N | Shots Tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
4 \N | Whole mushroom; sliced--optional |
1. Dice and fry bacon.
2. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until boiling and thick.
3. Add lemon and vinegar. Boil. 4. Pour over spinach. Add sliced mushrooms. Toss.
