Hot spinach salad

Ingredients

1Bag spinach; --rinse and tear
5slicesBacon
1tablespoonMustard
5tablespoonsBrown sugar
tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
3Shots Tabasco sauce
2tablespoonsVinegar
1tablespoonLemon juice
4Whole mushroom; sliced--optional

Directions

1. Dice and fry bacon.

2. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until boiling and thick.

3. Add lemon and vinegar. Boil. 4. Pour over spinach. Add sliced mushrooms. Toss.
