Hot spinach salad

Ingredients

| 1 | Bag spinach; --rinse and tear | |
| 5 | slices | Bacon |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard |
| 5 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | Shots Tabasco sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 4 | Whole mushroom; sliced--optional | |
Directions
1. Dice and fry bacon.
2. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until boiling and thick.
3. Add lemon and vinegar. Boil. 4. Pour over spinach. Add sliced mushrooms. Toss.
