Hot spinach salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Bag spinach; --rinse and tear
5 slices Bacon
1 tablespoon Mustard
5 tablespoons Brown sugar
1½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 \N Shots Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 \N Whole mushroom; sliced--optional

1. Dice and fry bacon.

2. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until boiling and thick.

3. Add lemon and vinegar. Boil. 4. Pour over spinach. Add sliced mushrooms. Toss.
