Hot fudge icing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (13-oz) evaporated milk
2 cups Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
1 Stick butter
1 tablespoon Vanilla
6 tablespoons Cocoa

Mix sugar, cocoa and flour. Add milk and blend well. Add butter and vanilla. Cook until thick. Pour over warm sheet cake.
