Hot fruit casserole

Ingredients

1canSliced pineapple, reserve
Liquid for use in sauce
1canPeach halaves, reserve
Liquid for use in sauce
1canPear halves, reserve liquid
For use in sauce
1Jar apple rings, reserve
Liquid for use in sauce
Sauce:
1Stick of butter
2tablespoonsFlour, heaping TB
½cupBrown sugar
1cupReserved fruit juices, mixed

Directions

Use a shallow long casserole dish. Arrange fruit in layers, with apple rings on top. Cook sauce until thick and smooth. Pour hot sauce over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-29-95
