Hot fruit casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Sliced pineapple, reserve
\N \N Liquid for use in sauce
1 can Peach halaves, reserve
\N \N Liquid for use in sauce
1 can Pear halves, reserve liquid
\N \N For use in sauce
1 \N Jar apple rings, reserve
\N \N Liquid for use in sauce
\N \N Sauce:
1 \N Stick of butter
2 tablespoons Flour, heaping TB
½ cup Brown sugar
1 cup Reserved fruit juices, mixed

Use a shallow long casserole dish. Arrange fruit in layers, with apple rings on top. Cook sauce until thick and smooth. Pour hot sauce over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-29-95
