Hot fruit

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (large) pineapple
1 can (large) peaches
1 can (large) apricots
1 can (large) pears
\N \N Maraschino cherries; optional
\N \N Any other desired fruit
2 cups Reserved fruit juices
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
⅔ cup Brown sugar
¾ \N Stick butter or margarine


Drain fruit, reserving juices. Arrange fruit in a 13x9-inch cake pan. A few maraschino cherries may be added. Mix sauce ingredients. Bring sauce to a boil. Pour over fruit. Bake at 350 until bubbly. Serve hot.
