Ingredients

1mediumCan pineapple chunks
1mediumCan peach halves
1mediumCan pear halves
1Jar spiced apple rings
2tablespoonsFlour
½cupBrown sugar
1Stick butter
1cupSherry

Directions

Drain all fruit. Let sit. Combine butter, flour, sugar and sherry.

Cook over hot water (double boiler) until thick, stirring constantly.

Arrange fruit in oven proof dish. (I usually place apple rings on top for color.) Pour sauce over fruit. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Delicious with beef, pork or chicken.
