Hot fudge sauce #3

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon Butter
⅓ cup Boiling water
1 cup Brown sugar; firmly packed
2 tablespoons Light Karo syrup

From: Cheryl Miller <csmiller@...> Date: Sun, 28 Jul 1996 22:48:56 +0000 Melt chocolate and butter in a pan over high water. Stir in boiling water and mix in sugar and Karo. Place over direct heat and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and boil 6 minutes without stirring. Makes 8 ounces.

Good over ice cream or pound cake.
