Hot cheese popcorn

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Microwave popcorn
2 tablespoons Butter
\N \N Salt
\N \N Cayenne powder (use plenty!)
\N \N Grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Tabasco makes your popcorn soggy, so here's what I do instead: 1. Make regular microwave popcorn 2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in microwave 3. Put 1" layer of popcorn in serving bowl Sprinkle on melted butter

Sprinkle on salt
