1ounceBleu cheese
½cupPopcorn; popped
¼cupGrated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

In a heavy saucepan, put the butter and bleu cheese.

Cook over a moderate heat, stirring til melted. Pour over popped corn.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
