Yield: 3 servings
|2 cups||Shredded sharp cheese|
|1 cup||All purpose flour|
|1 teaspoon||Freeze dried chives|
|½ teaspoon||Seasoned salt|
Mix cheese and butter; stir in flour, chives and seasoned salt until blended. Shape into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased baking sheet.
