Hot cheese puffs

Ingredients

2cupsShredded sharp cheese
½cupButter
1cupAll purpose flour
1teaspoonFreeze dried chives
½teaspoonSeasoned salt

Directions

Mix cheese and butter; stir in flour, chives and seasoned salt until blended. Shape into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased baking sheet.

Cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours. Thrity minutes before serving, heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake until cheese puffs are set and light golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 08-18-95
