1cupLow-fat cottage cheese
2eachesHard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
¼cupChopped celery
¼cupChopped green onion
2tablespoonsChopped parsley
1teaspoonLemon pepper seasoning
¼teaspoonSalt
¼cupDiet mayonaise (4 tbs)

Directions

1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or sandwich filling. 2. May be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
