Ingredients

1 | cup | Low-fat cottage cheese |
2 | eaches | Hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped |
¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
¼ | cup | Chopped green onion |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon pepper seasoning |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | cup | Diet mayonaise (4 tbs) |
Directions
1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or sandwich filling. 2. May be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
