Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Water-packed Tuna, drained and flaked |
| 1 | cup | Low-fat cottage cheese |
| 2 | eaches | Hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped green onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon pepper seasoning |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Diet mayonaise (4 tbs) |
Directions
1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or sandwich filling. 2. May be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
