Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | (7-oz) tuna fish |
4 \N | Hard-cooked eggs; minced |
1 cup | Finely chopped celery |
½ \N | Chopped green pepper |
1 tablespoon | Chopped onion |
½ cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing (about) to moisten (up to) |
20 slices | Bread |
Drain oil from fish and break tuna into small pieces with a fork. Chop eggs, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix with tuna in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing. Keep in refrigerator until ready to spread.
Yield: 8 to 10 sandwiches.
