Tuna salad sandwiches

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (7-oz) tuna fish
4 Hard-cooked eggs; minced
1 cup Finely chopped celery
½ Chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
½ cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing (about) to moisten (up to)
20 slices Bread

Drain oil from fish and break tuna into small pieces with a fork. Chop eggs, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix with tuna in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing. Keep in refrigerator until ready to spread.

Yield: 8 to 10 sandwiches.
