Tuna salad sandwiches

Ingredients

1can(7-oz) tuna fish
4Hard-cooked eggs; minced
1cupFinely chopped celery
½Chopped green pepper
1tablespoonChopped onion
½cupMayonnaise or salad dressing (about) to moisten (up to)
20slicesBread

Directions

Drain oil from fish and break tuna into small pieces with a fork. Chop eggs, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix with tuna in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing. Keep in refrigerator until ready to spread.

Yield: 8 to 10 sandwiches.
