Yield: 8 Servings
|1 can||(7-oz) tuna fish|
|4 \N||Hard-cooked eggs; minced|
|1 cup||Finely chopped celery|
|½ \N||Chopped green pepper|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped onion|
|½ cup||Mayonnaise or salad dressing (about) to moisten (up to)|
Drain oil from fish and break tuna into small pieces with a fork. Chop eggs, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix with tuna in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing. Keep in refrigerator until ready to spread.
Yield: 8 to 10 sandwiches.
