Tuna taco salad

Ingredients

½cupRipe avocado; mashed
cupVegetable oil
1tablespoonLemon juice
½cupSour cream
1cloveGarlic; minced
½teaspoonChili powder
¼teaspoonSalt; optional
¼teaspoonTabasco or
¼teaspoonHot sauce
2Tomatoes; sliced in wedges
½cupBlack olives; pitted and sliced
¼cupGreen onions; sliced
1canTuna packed in water;drained
½cupCheddar cheese; shredded
1cupFritos; crumbled
Lettuce leaves for serving

Directions

SALAD

Mix dressing the day before and refrigerate. Mix salad. Just before serving, add dressing and Fritos. (Fritos will be soggy if salad is not eaten immediately.) Serve on lettuce or in tomato cup.
