|1½ cup||Cheddar Cheese; Shredded|
|½ cup||Green Pepper; Seeded,Chopped|
|½ cup||Onion; Chopped|
|½ teaspoon||Sea Salt Or Kosher Salt|
|Freshly Ground Black Pepper|
Combine the beef, cheese, tomato, green pepper, onion, salt, and pepper to taste, blending well. Shape into patties, pressing gently to make the meat and vegetables cling together. Grease the grill well. Place the patties on the grill, 3 to 4 inches above the hot coals, and grill until well browned, turning as needed to cook evenly. Cook until done as desired, rare in about 12 minutes, medium in about 15, and well done in 18 to 20 minutes.
