Yield: 12 Patties

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Sunflower seeds
2 cups Breadcrumbs
¼ cup Bran
¼ cup Wheat germ
¼ cup Oats
1 cup Onion, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sage
6 \N Eggs
\N \N Hamburger buns

It's important to add sufficient seasoning otherwise the finished product on any meatless burger will be bland and pasty. Top as you would a hamburger. Mix all; form into patties. Fry on both sides in veg oil.
