Pineapple brunch casserole

Ingredients

8ouncesCrushed pineapple
½teaspoonOnion powder
1cupBisquick
pinchNutmeg
1cupMilk
4ouncesHam; cooked -- diced
4Eggs -- lightly beaten
1cupSharp cheddar cheese --
Grated
6tablespoonsButter or margarine --
Melted
2Green onions -- finely
Chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350~. Drain pineapple. Reserve 2 Tbls pineapple for garnish, if desired. Combine bisquick, milk, eggs, butter, onion powder and nutmeg in blender or large mixer bowl, until smooth. Stir in ham, cheese, onions and pineapple. Pour into greased 9" pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until set. Garnish with reserved pineapple, if desired.
