Herbed vodka

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Rosemary sprigs; 3" long
. *or* use basil or mint
2 cups Vodka

Herbed vodka: Place the herbs in a glass container with the vodka. Set aside eight hours or overnight. Strain out the herbs and chill in the freezer. Use in vodka and tonic.
