Fruit vodka

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fresh fruit **
2 cups Vodka

** use melon or pear cubes, pitted cherries, strawberry halves or other berries.

Place the fruit in a glass container with the vodka. Set aside one to two days. Remove the fruit and chill the vodka. Use over ice cream or as a spirit to enjoy with spicy ethnic foods or a fruit dessert.

Try it in any vodka cocktail that uses a fruit juice.
