Herbed vinegars

Measure Ingredient
1 x White vinegar
1 x Herbs, fresh

Take any fresh herb(basil, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano, garlic, etc) and place washed herbs in vinegar in glass bottle. Close tightly and let sit for at least a month. Decant into another container straining through a cheesecloth. Use in salads, soups or sauces to add a little zip!
