Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Pecans -- broken |
3 \N | Cloves garlic -- cut up |
½ cup | Fresh oregano |
½ cup | Fresh thyme |
½ teaspoon | Lemon peel -- finely |
\N \N | Shredded |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ cup | Cooking oil |
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil.
Cover and blend several times, scaping sides, until a paste forms.
With machine running, gradually add oil until mixture forms a paste.
Rub onto fish or chicken.
Makes ½ cup, enough for 3 pounds of meat.
